CANCELLATION POLICY
23 LE CLAIRE & COMPANY BEAUTY BAR SALON POLICY GENERAL SALON POLICIES • All services are non-refundable. • All deposits will be credited toward the total cost of your service. • Upon arrival, we kindly ask that all guests remain in the front waiting area until your stylist is ready to assist you. • To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and due to limited seating, additional guests not receiving services are not permitted in the salon. Please note that children are not allowed, as we do not provide children’s services. • Cell phone use is not permitted while your stylist is shampooing your hair. At all other times, we respectfully ask that phone use be kept to a minimum. If you need to take a call or have a conversation, please step outside as a courtesy to other guests. • For safety and quality assurance, only professional salon products provided by the salon may be used unless otherwise directed by a licensed physician. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY All appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be completed through the confirmation email received at the time of booking. Please click the “Cancel” or “Reschedule” link and follow the prompts provided. Once the changes are successfully submitted, both the client and the salon will receive a new confirmation email. If the system does not allow changes to be made, this indicates that the request falls outside of our 48-hour cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee will apply. Please note that calling or texting the salon outside of the 48-hour cancellation window does not waive the applicable fee. LATE CANCELLATION: Cancellations are considered "LATE" when customers do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 HOURS before their scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the expected service plus forfeit any deposit. If a client ends up with a balance, it must be paid immediately through Zelle to salonleclaire@yahoo.com before any further services can be provided. Failure to do so will result in no future appointments. NO SHOW: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file. If no card is on file, the full service amount must be paid before booking any future appointments. Payments can be made in cash or via Zelle (salonleclaire@yahoo.com). Any outstanding balance not paid within 24 hours will result in immediate termination of services, and the salon will no longer be able to accommodate future appointments. LATE ARRIVAL: Please allow extra time for traffic and parking to arrive at your scheduled service time. Each appointment is scheduled according to your specific needs. If you arrive late, it may cause a scheduling conflict with the next scheduled customer; therefore, we may not have time to complete your service, so, at the stylist's discretion, you may be asked to reschedule for another date/time that will accommodate the services but requested. HOW TO SCHEDULE: If you’re unsure which service to book, you may select a complimentary consultation (15–30 minutes). If you already know the services you’d like, please be sure to book each one individually. Every service is scheduled within a set time frame, and incorrect booking may prevent the stylist from completing all requested services. Approval of last-minute service additions is at the stylist’s discretion. Any services added during your appointment will be treated as walk-in services. Certain services, such as hair color and extensions, will require a consultation prior to booking and must be completed in advance. Prices are listed as either FIXED or STARTING AT. “Starting at” prices may vary based on hair length, density, and the number of applications required (e.g., color, chemical treatments, or extensions). Some services are considered add-ons, including haircuts, color, extensions, and conditioning treatments. Hairstyling is not included with these services. If you would like your hair styled, you must also book a hairstyling service along with any add-ons. BOOKING DEPOSIT FEE: Booking fees are charged to the customer for scheduling any Salon service, and they are deducted from the total at the time of checkout, except the convenience fee. a. They will be refunded if the customer cancels or reschedules through the confirmation email within the abovementioned timeframe. b. Are non-refundable/forfeited upon cancellation of less than 48 hours notice. We will notify you if we need to cancel your scheduled salon appointment as soon as possible. We will then work with you to reschedule the appointment, or if you prefer, you will receive a full refund for any deposits made. DEPOSIT REFUND: Any refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. However, Zelle will be an alternate means of refunding any payments. FEE WAIVER: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: The Salon accepts Cash, Debit, and all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. NEW: We now offer by now pay later through Afterpay and Klarna for more details ask at checkout. A non-refundable convenience fee will be added when paying with debit/credit cards. Zelle payments are accepted and made through salonleclaire@yahoo.com or directly to your hairstylist. Graduated from Roffler-Moler Hairstyling & Barbering College, Vanessa brings a wealth of experience from her managerial role at ULTA Beauty Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. Known for her prowess in color, hair extensions, and skincare, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and beauty services tailored to enhance each client's unique features.
