The mission of 23 Le Claire and Company Beauty Bar Salon is to serve and empower all of their clients to figure out how to select and use beauty products that are complementary to their hairstyle, hair texture, nailcare, skincare, lashes, and lifestyle. We believe the best way to serve our customers is by educating and assisting customers to better understand hair and professional beauty products so it provides them with the awareness to maintain their hair, lashes, skincare, and nails, regardless of the environment they live in or their daily circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

SALON POLICY Cancellation and Reschedule: The customer can conveniently cancel or reschedule by going to their confirmation email and following the steps to reschedule or cancel. Once changes are made and completed, the salon and the client will receive a confirmation email with the new update on the appointment. Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered "LATE" when customers do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the expected service plus forfeit any deposit. Missed Appointments: If a customer misses or NO-SHOWs their scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling, they will be charged 100% of their scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals: Please allow extra time for traffic and parking to arrive at your scheduled service time. Each appointment is scheduled according to your specific needs. If you arrive late, it may cause a scheduling conflict with the next scheduled customer; therefore, we may not have time to complete your service, so, at the stylist's discretion, you may be asked to reschedule for another date/time that will accommodate the services but requested. Booking Deposit Fees: Booking fees are charged to the customer for scheduling any Salon service, and they are deducted from the total at the time of checkout, except the convenience fee. a. They will be refunded if the customer cancels or reschedules through the confirmation email within the abovementioned timeframe. b. Are non-refundable upon cancellation of less than 48 hours. We will notify you if we need to cancel your scheduled salon appointment as soon as possible. We will then work with you to reschedule the appointment, or if you prefer, you will receive a full refund for any deposits made. Deposit Refunds: Any refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. However, Zelle will be an alternate means of refunding any payments. Fee Waiver: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable. Payments Accepted: The Salon accepts Cash, Debit, and all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A non-refundable convenience fee will be added when paying with debit/credit cards. Zelle payments are accepted and made through salonleclaire@yahoo.com or directly to your hairstylist. General Rules: All services are non-refundable. All DEPOSITS made will be deducted from the total service cost. Select services, say START AT. Therefore, the price will vary depending on time due to the length and density of the hair or the number of service applications needed, such as hair color, chemical treatments, and hair extensions. NO CHILDREN unless they are being serviced. An adult must always accompany children—no cell phone use at the shampoo bowl.
