Vanessa Redding is a licensed Multicultural Master Cosmetologist with over 35 years of experience in the beauty industry. A graduate of Roffler-Moler Hairstyling and Barbering College, she has an extensive background in hair color, natural textured hair, hair extensions, and skincare. Her professional experience includes serving as a salon manager at Ulta Beauty, working at multiple Metro Atlanta locations, and earning Dermalogica skincare brand certification. Passionate about the connection between beauty and wellness, Vanessa is dedicated to maintaining healthy hair and skin while providing personalized services that celebrate each client’s individuality. She believes education is essential to lasting results and empowers her clients with the knowledge and professional guidance needed to care for their hair and skin between salon visits. Through continued education and a commitment to excellence, she strives to deliver beautiful results while preserving the integrity of the hair and skin.

Based in Metro Atlanta, 23 Lash & Co. is a luxury lash brand dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through customized lash extensions tailored to each client’s unique features and desired look. Founded by Hannah Redding, a licensed esthetician and five-time certified lash artist, 23 Lash & Co. offers everything from signature wispy lash sets to professional lash education, in-person training, online courses, and premium lash products. As a lash artist, educator, and entrepreneur, Hannah’s mission is to help women look and feel their best while empowering aspiring lash artists with the skills, knowledge, and resources to transform their passion into a profitable business.
