Vanessa, the owner and co-founder of 23 Le Claire & Company Beauty Bar, is a licensed Master Cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience in the haircare and salon industries. Her notable background includes graduating from Roffler-Moler Hairstyling & Barbering College, formerly known as Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, serving as a former Salon Manager at ULTA Beauty Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc., and being an entrepreneur since June 2007. Additionally, she holds a Dermalogica certification and has additional training in color, hair extensions, and skincare.
